Meat Volcano With Cheese recipe
1.1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese
6 slices bacon
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add the egg and mix well.
Shape meatballs with your hands. Make a hole in the middle with your finger and make room for filling.
Fill with mozzarella cheese.
Roll the bacon strips around the meatballs.
Arrange in pan and bake at 356 degrees for 20 minutes.
