Melon Pan Toast With Prosciutto

When you're craving a sweet and savory snack, make this baked sandwich layered with custard, rum-soaked raisins and prosciutto.


  • 2 slices bread
  • Custard cream
  • Rum-soaked raisins
  • 25 grams flour
  • 15 grams butter, melted
  • 25 grams sugar
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • Honey
  • Black pepper


  1. Spread custard on one slice of bread and top with rum raisins.
  2. Put another slice of bread on top.
  3. Combine flour, melted butter and sugar and mix well to make a dough.
  4. Spread the dough on top of the bread and flatten. Cut into dough with knife to make a checkered pattern.
  5. Bake for 5-6 minutes at 230 degrees C.
  6. Top with prosciutto and honey before serving.
