Believe us when we say this is the crème de la crème, and we ain't talking crepe!

Mille Crème Brûlée

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup whipped cream

  • 10 strawberries

  • 1 kiwi

  • 1 banana

  • 1 orange

  • Powdered sugar, to taste

  • Crepe batter:

  • 1 cup pancake mix

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 ¾ cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Cut fruit into 3mm slices.

  2. Make the crepe batter. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the melted butter, then add the butter and mix again.

  3. Spread the crepe batter in a frying pan and cook on both sides.

  4. Spread the whipped cream on a cooled crepe, add fruit and then another crepe, alternating.

  5. Sift powdered sugar on top and broil.
