Believe us when we say this is the crème de la crème, and we ain't talking crepe!
1 ¼ cup whipped cream
Powdered sugar, to taste
1 cup pancake mix
1 ¾ cup milk
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Cut fruit into 3mm slices.
Make the crepe batter. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the melted butter, then add the butter and mix again.
Spread the crepe batter in a frying pan and cook on both sides.
Spread the whipped cream on a cooled crepe, add fruit and then another crepe, alternating.
Sift powdered sugar on top and broil.
