A sweet and delicious take on mimosas. Surprise your guests with this dessert based on the popular cocktail.
4 tablespoons (4 packets) powdered gelatin
1 cup orange juice
1 cup champagne + extra, for topping
Pour the orange juice into a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes, until the gelatin has softened, about 5 minutes.
Pour the orange juice and champagne into a small pot and whisk until dissolved. Set to medium heat and heat until it just comes to a boil.
Pour into a shallow container and place in the fridge until fully set. Slice into cubes and place into champagne glasses. Fill to the top with some more champagne and garnish with orange segments. Enjoy!
