• 14 wonton wrappers
  • 1 chicken breast, precooked
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons paprika powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro, minced
  • For the sour cream and onion dip:
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ⅙ onion
  • ½ teaspoon garlic, grated
  • Lemon juice, as needed
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, for seasoning
  • Oil spray as needed

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Take the muffin tin and turn it upside down. Place the wonton wrappers in the flat grooves, creating 3 shells across in 1 row and 2 shells down in 2 rows so they are criss-cross.
  3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, hand shred the chicken then add salsa and paprika powder. Mix well.
  5. Fill each shell with chicken mix, and place in baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Once cooked, season with fresh cilantro.
  9. While the tacos are baking, prepare the sour cream and onion dip.
  10. in a bowl mix together all of the ingredients for the sour cream and onion dip.
  11. Serve tacos alongside sour cream and online sauce, and enjoy.
