If you can't get enough rich brigadeiro goodness, then this creamy chocolate pie is for you.
1 package Bis white chocolate-covered wafers
1 package Bis milk chocolate-covered wafers
2 1/2 cups chocolate cake, crumbled
1 cup brigadeiro truffle mixture
1 1/4 cups white chocolate, melted
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 package gelatin, prepared
5 egg whites
In a buttered springform pan, alternate white and milk chocolate-covered Bis wafers around the edge.
Sprinkle the crumbled cake on the bottom of the baking pan and press down to form a crust.
Pour the brigadeiro truffle mixture over the crumbled cake and spread out evenly with a spatula. Place in refrigerator.
Mix the melted white chocolate with the cream and gelatin. Gently add the egg whites and incorporate. Pour it over the brigadiero.
Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Top with shaved chocolate.
