Movie Night Snacks
Try these 4 easy snacks for your next movie night! From chocolate-dipped potato chips to roasted chickpeas and more!
Ingredients
Roasted Chickpeas
- 1 1/2 cup canned chickpeas, strained and pat dried
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
- Olive oil
Garlic Edamame
- 1 cup frozen whole edamame
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Chocolate-Dipped Chips
- 1 cup ruffled potato chips
- 4 ounces chopped chocolate
- Ground chili flakes to taste
Raspberry Chocolate Bites
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk and white)
Steps
Roasted Chickpeas
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss everything together and spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, tossing the chickpeas every 10 minutes, to prevent burning.
Garlic Edamame
- Bring water to a boil in a medium pot, add salt.
- Add edamame, cook for five minutes, and strain.
- Add another pinch of salt and garlic salt
Chocolate-Dipped Chips
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate in 15-second intervals, while stirring in between.
- Dip each chip halfway and place on a tray, lined with parchment or Silpat.
- While wet, sprinkle the chocolate with chili flakes. Allow to harden.
Raspberry Chocolate Bites
- Fill each raspberry cavity with 1-2 chocolate chips.
