No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Tartlets

A crushed Oreo crust and pumpkin spice flavors make the perfect Halloween treat.

Ingredients

  • 25-30 Oreos
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cups heavy whipping cream, extra cold
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Milano cookies
  • Edible writing gel
  • Gummy worms

Steps

  1. In a food processor, add Oreos and pulse until crumbly. Remove 1 cup and set aside. Add melted butter and pulse again until evenly distributed.
  2. Add 1/4 cup Oreos into each mini tart pan. Press down with fingers to form a crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream and sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Remove from mixer and set aside.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, add cream cheese and whisk until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice, and beat until smooth.
  5. Fold whipped cream into pumpkin mixture.
  6. Spoon mixture into tart pans, then sprinkle with reserved Oreos.
  7. Write RIP on Milano cookies and stick them into the tarts. Place gummy worms on top.
