No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Tartlets
A crushed Oreo crust and pumpkin spice flavors make the perfect Halloween treat.
Ingredients
- 25-30 Oreos
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cups heavy whipping cream, extra cold
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Milano cookies
- Edible writing gel
- Gummy worms
Steps
- In a food processor, add Oreos and pulse until crumbly. Remove 1 cup and set aside. Add melted butter and pulse again until evenly distributed.
- Add 1/4 cup Oreos into each mini tart pan. Press down with fingers to form a crust.
- In a mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream and sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Remove from mixer and set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl, add cream cheese and whisk until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice, and beat until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into pumpkin mixture.
- Spoon mixture into tart pans, then sprinkle with reserved Oreos.
- Write RIP on Milano cookies and stick them into the tarts. Place gummy worms on top.
