Mint Chocolate Ice Cream


  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • 7 mini peppermint patties, roughly chopped
  • 5 mint oreos, roughly chopped


  1. Whip the whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, peppermint extract and green food coloring. Add a large dollop of whipped cream and mix until well combined. Add the remaining whipped cream and gently fold to combine.
  3. Add the peppermint patties and mint oreos. Fold to combine.
  4. Pour into a Ziploc container and seal with a lid. Freeze for 6 hours, or until firm.
