Non-Melting Ice Cream Cookies

Non-melting ice cream exists?!


  • Cookie dough:
  • 200g butter
  • 70g powdered sugar
  • 300g cake flour
  • 50g almond flour
  • Strawberry cookie dough:
  • Raspberry powder, as needed
  • Freeze-dried raspberry, as needed
  • Matcha cookie dough:
  • Matcha powder, as needed
  • Chocolate cookie dough:
  • Cocoa powder, as needed
  • Cookie cream dough:
  • Oreo cookies, as needed
  • Chocolate mint cookie dough:
  • Blue and green food coloring, as needed
  • Chocolate chips
  • Advance Preparation: as needed
  • Soften butter to room-temperature.


  1. Stir butter in a bowl until soft and fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and continue mixing.
  3. Mix in sift cake flour and almond flour. Stir with rubber spatula then cut the dough into six equal parts.
  4. Make different types of dough by adding ingredients for strawberry, matcha, chocolate, cookie cream, chocolate mint cookie dough to one of the six dough parts from (3).
  5. Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop and bake in an oven preheated to 160°C for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
