Ingredients
- Boxed cornbread mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 ounces white cheddar cheese, cut into 20 cubes
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Thinly sliced jalapeño, optional
Steps
- Prepare cornbread batter to package instructions.
- Spoon batter into greased brownie pan, just enough to cover the bottom. Place one piece of cheese in each compartment. Spoon remaining batter on top of cheese.
- Top with a jalapeño slice, sprinkle with shredded cheddar and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until firm when lightly pressed on.
- Place pan on a wire rack and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm.

- Boxed brownie mix
- Refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 20 mini peanut butter cups
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Chocolate sauce, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare brownie mix according to box directions.
- In a greased mini brownie pan, press cookie dough in the bottom of each slot. Top each with an upside down peanut butter cup.
- Pour brownie mix evenly over each slot. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through, garnish, then enjoy!

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- Chocolate fudge sauce, for serving
- Decorative sprinkles, for serving
Steps
- Prepare brownie mix to package instructions. Add chocolate chips and stir.
- Pour batter into each compartment, and bake for 25 minutes. Insert a toothpick to check for doneness. Drizzle with chocolate fudge and decorate with sprinkles before serving.
