NorPro Brownie Pan

Know someone who only likes the gooey center pieces of a brownie? Know someone else who only likes the edges? Please them both with this little bites pan by NorPro. Want it? Click here: http://bit.ly/2CQI82H

Ingredients

  • Boxed cornbread mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 ounces white cheddar cheese, cut into 20 cubes
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Thinly sliced jalapeño, optional

Steps

  1. Prepare cornbread batter to package instructions.
  2. Spoon batter into greased brownie pan, just enough to cover the bottom. Place one piece of cheese in each compartment. Spoon remaining batter on top of cheese.
  3. Top with a jalapeño slice, sprinkle with shredded cheddar and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until firm when lightly pressed on.
  4. Place pan on a wire rack and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Ingredients

  • Boxed brownie mix
  • Refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 20 mini peanut butter cups
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Chocolate sauce, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to box directions.
  3. In a greased mini brownie pan, press cookie dough in the bottom of each slot. Top each with an upside down peanut butter cup.
  4. Pour brownie mix evenly over each slot. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through, garnish, then enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • Chocolate fudge sauce, for serving
  • Decorative sprinkles, for serving

Steps

  1. Prepare brownie mix to package instructions. Add chocolate chips and stir.
  2. Pour batter into each compartment, and bake for 25 minutes. Insert a toothpick to check for doneness. Drizzle with chocolate fudge and decorate with sprinkles before serving.
