• 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 6 Nutella balls
  • Icing sugar or cocoa, to serve


  1. Make the fudge cake according to package instructions. Grease and line the bottom of 6 ramekins. Divide the cake batter among the ramekins, filling two-thirds of the way full. Poke a Nutella ball into the center of each cake.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes then remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Invert onto plates and serve dusted with some powdered sugar or cocoa.
