New Year's Eve Cocktails 4-Ways

Ring in the new year in style with four colorful cocktails featuring champagne, prosecco, vodka, and gin.

Ingredients

  • Lemon wedges
  • Gold sanding sugar
  • White sanding sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 teaspoon edible pearl dust
  • 1 ounce sour mix
  • 1/2 ounce Viniq Ruby
  • 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice

Steps

  1. Run a lemon wedge around the edge of a coupe glass. Mix the sanding sugars and a pinch of salt on a medium plate.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the sugar mix and set aside.
  3. Combine vodka, pearl dust and sour mix over ice in a cocktail shaker. Mix for 15 seconds and pour into prepared glass.
  4. Slowly pour in the Viniq, then the pomegranate juice. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • 1/2 ounce creme de cacao
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon edible gold pearl dust
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Steps

  1. Combine gin, Lillet, creme de cacao, lemon juice and pearl dust in a shaker full of ice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.

  • Sanding sugar
  • 1 ounce cranberry cordial
  • 4 ounces champagne
  • Fresh cranberries, for garnish
  • Edible gold leaf, for garnish
  • Rock candy, for garnish

Steps

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a champagne flute. Dip the rim in sanding sugar. Pour in cranberry cordial and top with champagne. Garnish with fresh cranberries, edible gold leaf and a stick of rock candy. Serve immediately.

  • 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce ginger simple syrup
  • 4 ounces Prosecco, plus more for garnish
  • 1 piece vanilla cotton candy
  • Edible gold leaf

Steps

  1. In a champagne flute, pour in ginger liqueur and ginger simple syrup then top with Prosecco. Place cotton candy on the rim of the cocktail and garnish with edible gold leaf. Pour a splash of Prosecco over and serve immediately.
