• 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce ginger simple syrup
  • 4 ounces Prosecco, plus more for garnish
  • 1 piece vanilla cotton candy
  • Edible gold leaf


  1. In a champagne flute, pour in ginger liqueur and ginger simple syrup then top with Prosecco. Place cotton candy on the rim of the cocktail and garnish with edible gold leaf. Pour a splash of Prosecco over and serve immediately.
