- Lime wedges
- Sanding sugar
- 1 ounce cranberry cordial
- 4 ounces champagne
- Fresh cranberries, for garnish
- Edible gold leaf, for garnish
- Rock candy, for garnish
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a champagne flute. Dip the rim in sanding sugar. Pour in cranberry cordial and top with champagne. Garnish with fresh cranberries, edible gold leaf and a stick of rock candy. Serve immediately.
