  • 1 ounce cranberry cordial
  • 4 ounces champagne
  • Fresh cranberries, for garnish
  • Edible gold leaf, for garnish
  • Rock candy, for garnish


  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a champagne flute. Dip the rim in sanding sugar. Pour in cranberry cordial and top with champagne. Garnish with fresh cranberries, edible gold leaf and a stick of rock candy. Serve immediately.
