Strawberry Bubble Tea
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled
- 4 black tea bags
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Agave to taste
- Water
- Ice for serving
Boba
- 1 ½ cups quick-cooking tapioca pearls
- 6 cups water
- Agave to taste
Steps
Strawberry Bubble Tea
- Steep tea bags in 4 cups of hot water for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow the tea to cool.
- Blend strawberries, lemon juice, and sweetener of your choice until smooth.
- Pass the blend through a strainer and pour into a pitcher, along with cooled tea, plus 3 cups cold water.
- To serve, add ¼ cup boba to the bottom of a glass, top with ice, and add strawberry tea.
- Use a large straw to drink the bubble tea well.
Boba
- Cook instant tapioca pearls according to package instructions.
- Rinse in cold water, place in a container and stir in agave to your liking. Set aside.
