Olympic Breakfast

Colorful fruit on top of a superfood acai base makes this a gold medal breakfast.


  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 1 packet pure acai berry
  • Half a frozen banana
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder
  • Peaches, sliced, for topping
  • Green grapes, halved, for topping
  • Blueberries, for topping
  • Strawberries, chopped, for topping


  1. For the base, put the almond milk and coconut water into a blender, followed by the acai berry, frozen banana and cacao powder. Blend until smooth and then pour mix into a bowl.
  2. Top each section of the bowl in the order of the rings with their corresponding color. Peaches for yellow, grapes for green, blueberries for blue and strawberries for red.
  3. Take a snap and put it on Instagram before devouring.
