- 2 cups Japanese cider
- 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
- Gold leaf
- Place 1 cherry in each opening of an ice cube tray.
- Add Japanese cider to a pot and boil, adding the agar-agar powder to dissolve. Add gold leaf and stir gently. Allow to cool.
- Pour liquid into the ice cube tray and cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
