Oreo Chocolate Foam Pudding

You'll never look at oreos the same way again. 😱


  • Clear layer:
  • 1 package plain gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 5 Oreos
  • Cream layer:
  • 1 package plain gelatin
  • 3 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 14 Oreos, crushed
  • Chocolate pudding layer:
  • 1 package plain gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups water


  1. Clear layer: In a saucepan, add gelatin, sugar and water. Mix to combine. Place over medium heat and cook until boiling. Pour half the mixture into a bread pan. Arrange the Oreos in a row along the bottom, then pour in the remaining gelatin mixture. Place in fridge until set.
  2. Cream layer: In a saucepan, combine gelatin, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Cook over low heat while occasionally stirring until boiling. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add egg whites and lime juice. Mix until stiff. Gently fold in the milk gelatin mixture until combined. Fold in the crushed Oreos, then pour mixture on top of the clear layer. Place in fridge to set.
  4. Chocolate pudding layer: In a saucepan, whisk together gelatin, cocoa powder, cornstarch and sugar. Mix in water and place over medium heat. Stir occasionally until boiling and cocoa powder is dissolved. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into pan on top of the cream layer. Allow to sit at room temperature until cool, then place in fridge to set.
  5. Slice and serve cold.
