Oven-Baked Peaches

Dan Churchill

You haven't truly experienced juicy peaches until you've baked them with honey and raspberries.

Oven-Baked Peaches

  • 3 peaches, pitted and halved

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Place peaches cut side up on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  3. Pop a couple of frozen raspberries in the center of the peach (where the pit was) and drizzle with honey.

  4. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until peaches are soft, still holding their shape, and the juices are flowing.

  5. Serve immediately.

- I'm so stoked that I get to introduce to you one of the first things I ever cooked. My over-baked peaches. Only three ingredients. Let's get into it. First thing to do is grab a peach, and just cut right around so that you can split it open just like that. That is a peach that wants to cooperate. Sometimes they can be a little tricky. Remove the seed. Transfer cut side up to a baking tray. And just repeat with a remaining peaches. From there, you're gonna top your little seed hole with a couple of the frozen raspberries. So you've got the tartness of the peach, which has got its own natural sweetness, with the raspberries, which are a natural sweetener. So from there, just get your drizzle on with your honey, sparingly of course. So just a little bit on each peach. You don't need too much. Time to pop it into the oven. 375 degrees Fahrenheit for five to seven minutes. Look at these juicy, lovely nummers. And that's all it takes, three ingredients, and you have your very own desert. It is absolutely delicious. Actually really good for you. But watch this, as I bite into it. That is just so much juice. Look. So it's sweet, and ever so caring, and a serious win, because three ingredients to this, and you're in heaven.
