Oven-Baked Peaches

You haven't truly experienced juicy peaches until you've baked them with honey and raspberries.


  • 3 peaches, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place peaches cut side up on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Pop a couple of frozen raspberries in the center of the peach (where the pit was) and drizzle with honey.
  4. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until peaches are soft, still holding their shape, and the juices are flowing.
  5. Serve immediately.
