These easy, sugar-dipped French pastries are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry package (10 1/2 ounces)
  • 3 1/2 ounces granulated sugar

Steps

  1. Arrange the dough in a smooth surface.
  2. Sprinkle 1.7 ounces granulated sugar and roll with a rolling pin to incorporate the sugar in the dough.
  3. Turn the dough around and repeat the process.
  4. Mark the center of without cutting.
  5. Roll the dough from the edges to the center without tightening.
  6. Cut the ends and discard.
  7. Cut remaining dough into 1/3 inches slices.
  8. Roll over the remaining sugar and transfer to a non-stick pan.
  9. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven to 350°F for 15 minutes.
  11. Turn over and bake for 10 minutes.
