Ingredients
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg white
- A pinch of salt
- Ketchup Rice:
- 50g mixed vegetables
- 30g sausages
- 40g ketchup
- 5g consommé powder
- Pepper, as needed
- 200g rice
- 20g shredded cheese
Steps
- Mix together one whole egg, an egg yolk, and a pinch of salt. Fry in a pan.
- Using a round piping nozzle, cut out small holes in the fried egg. Pour egg white into the holes.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the ketchup rice except for the rice. Microwave for about 4 minutes at 500w. Add in the rice and lightly mix.
- Serve the rice on a plate and place the fried egg on top.
- Use nori (seaweed) to make a panda face on the fried egg. Enjoy!
