• 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg white
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ketchup Rice:
  • 50g mixed vegetables
  • 30g sausages
  • 40g ketchup
  • 5g consommé powder
  • Pepper, as needed
  • 200g rice
  • 20g shredded cheese


  1. Mix together one whole egg, an egg yolk, and a pinch of salt. Fry in a pan.
  2. Using a round piping nozzle, cut out small holes in the fried egg. Pour egg white into the holes.
  3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the ketchup rice except for the rice. Microwave for about 4 minutes at 500w. Add in the rice and lightly mix.
  4. Serve the rice on a plate and place the fried egg on top.
  5. Use nori (seaweed) to make a panda face on the fried egg. Enjoy!
