Grilled Papaya Boat
- 1 ripe papaya, halved and seeds removed
- Kiwi
- Pineapple
- Watermelon
- 1 lime
- Fresh mint
- Honey
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
Smoothie Papaya Boat
- 1 ripe papaya, halved and seeds removed
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- Almond milk
- More berries and banana for topping
- Chopped pistachios
Sundae Papaya Boat
- 1 ripe papaya
- Water
- Maple syrup
- Dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- Frozen yogurt ice cream
- Slivered almonds
- Cacao nibs
- Ripe cherries
Steps
Grilled Papaya Boat
- Grilled Papaya Boat: Use a melon baller to create kiwi, pineapple, and watermelon balls.
- Place in a bowl and dress with lime juice and chopped mint.
- Cut papaya in half and remove seeds.
- Grill cut side down, until slightly charred.
- Fill with balled fruit.
- Top with honey and shredded coconut.
