Papaya Cream With Cassis

Full of fruity, boozy and creamy goodness — this dessert has it all.


  • 1 cup crème de cassis liqueur
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 papayas, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream


  1. In a pan, place the crème de cassis liqueur, water and sugar and cook over low heat until it turns into a syrup.
  2. Pour into dessert dishes and set aside to cool.
  3. In a blender, mix together the papayas, condensed milk and ice cream.
  4. Serve in dessert dishes and drizzle the cassis syrup over the top.
