- My love for peanut butter and major sweet tooth led me to create this awesome decadent bite. It's white chocolate chips, dark chocolate, peanut butter, salty pretzels all packed into one perfect little square. Let's go make it. This is a dessert and snack that I make when I feel like a little bit lazy, but I want something really delicious and super indulgent. It's so simple. It literally gets mixed together in this bowl and you're done, there's no baking required, nada. So I've melted my chocolate in the microwave for 30 second intervals, do it about two or three times until it's melted through and you want to kind of give it a little mix around every so often. We're mixing the peanut butter into here first and you see it kind of like melting through. So get those mixed together really well. To this we're gonna add some pretzels and I love pretzels with chocolate, because you have that little saltiness. And then some white chocolate chips. And white chocolate chips are just also super decadent. All right, the last ingredient that we're putting in here are some rice crispy cereal. And I love this cereal, really versatile, you can do so many really fun treats and snacks and desserts with this. Give it a good mix through. So we're gonna put this into our baking dish. And I just put a little piece of parchment paper right here just to help us lift it out afterwards. You don't need to do that, but it makes it a lot easier to take them out if you wanna cut them on a separate board. So we're just gonna pour this in here. It's a really good thing to have hanging around your house or a really bad thing if you can't resist, you're just constantly munching on these, but they're really, really good. I highly recommend making them. So just kind of press it into your baking dish, make it as even as possible, all those corners. All right, it's all pressed in here, it's looking really good. I'm gonna go set this aside and try to resist digging into it until it's all set up and then we'll cut and eat. Okay, major self-control, pat on my back, thank you very much. All right, we're gonna pull this out, you see how simple it is when you put the parchment paper there? Makes it really, really easy. So we're gonna cut this into squares. Oh, I love it, I love how you see the pieces of pretzels. Oh my goodness. You can cut these any shapes you like. I like doing little squares. Oh man. All right, let's plate these up. Look at that, see all that goodness inside. These are so great. Cool. It's time to dig in everyone. I waited long enough. Cheers. Mm, mm, mm. That peanut butter, you taste it right away. Chocolate, with little bits of white chocolate chips throughout, so good, that add that little pop of sweetness. Then you have the crunchy pretzels that are salty, it's just all of my favorite flavors in one little square. It's just a little bite of happiness. You gotta make these. So simple and so good. Bye guys.
