Everything tastes better when breaded and deep-fried, especially peanut butter rolls.

Peanut Butter Fried Bread

Ingredients

  • 5 slices of bread

  • 20 grams margarine

  • Peanut Butter

  • 30 grams Cashew nuts, roast and roughly grind.

  • 1 Whole egg

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Cooking oil to fry

  • Powder sugar

Instructions

  1. Flatten all 5 bread

  2. Glaze with margarine and spread with peanut butter.

  3. Sprinkle with the cashew nuts

  4. In a bowl mix the egg with the milk.

  5. Roll the bread to shape a cylinder and dip it into the egg wash.

  6. Cover in breadcrumbs

  7. Deep fry the bread until golden brown

  8. Garnish with the powdered sugar.
