5 slices of bread
20 grams margarine
30 grams Cashew nuts, roast and roughly grind.
1 Whole egg
2 tablespoons milk
Cooking oil to fry
Flatten all 5 bread
Glaze with margarine and spread with peanut butter.
Sprinkle with the cashew nuts
In a bowl mix the egg with the milk.
Roll the bread to shape a cylinder and dip it into the egg wash.
Cover in breadcrumbs
Deep fry the bread until golden brown
Garnish with the powdered sugar.
