Peanut Butter Kale Smoothie

Kale and peanut butter put this smoothie over the top.


  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh kale
  • Ice, as needed


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
  2. If too thick, can add additional almond milk, as needed. If too thin, can add more frozen berries or ice to thicken.
  3. Serve immediately.
