Pecan Pie Energy Bites

You can go nuts with this healthy, bite-sized pecan snack.


  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Place the pecans and almonds into the bowl of a food processor and blend until finely processed.
  2. Add in the dates, cinnamon, and sea salt and blend again.
  3. Roll a heaping tablespoon into a ball using your hands. Place into the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
