Pecan Pie Energy Bites
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- Place the pecans and almonds into the bowl of a food processor and blend until finely processed.
- Add in the dates, cinnamon, and sea salt and blend again.
- Roll a heaping tablespoon into a ball using your hands. Place into the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
