Ingredients
Peppermint Kit Kat Cheesecake
- Cheesecake
- 500g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 drops teal food gel
Crust
- 200g oreos
- 200g choc mint kit kats
- 100g unsalted butter (melted)
Decorations
- Chocolate Sauce to drizzle
- 200g choc mint kit kats (chopped)
Steps
Peppermint Kit Kat Cheesecake
- To make cheesecake layer add ingredients but the teal food gel to a large mixing bowl. Whip on high speed until fluffy and well combined.
- Take out half of the mixture and add to a separate bowl. Add the teal food gel and mix until evenly coloured.
- Add random tablespoons of each coloured cheesecake to the chilled tart in. Use the back of a spoon to smoothen out.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and add chopped kit kats. Chilled
- Slice up into 12 pieces and serve!
Crust
- To make the crust add the Oreos and kit kats to a large food processor. Process on high speed until it forms fine crumbs.
- Add the butter and pulse until the crumbs are well coated. Pour the mixture into a 13cm x 35cm tart tin and use the back of a tbsp to flatten it evenly across the bottom. Chill.
