Peppermint Kit Kat Cheesecake

Break us off a piece of this minty cheesecake!


  • Crust
  • 200g oreos
  • 200g choc mint kit kats
  • 100g unsalted butter (melted)
  • Cheesecake
  • 500g philladelphia cream cheese
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 drops teal food gel
  • Decorations
  • Chocolate Sauce to drizzle
  • 200g choc mint kit kats (chopped)


  1. Crust
  2. To make the crust add the Oreos and kit kats to a large food processor. Process on high speed until it forms fine crumbs. Add the butter and pulse until the crumbs are well coated. Pour the mixture into a 13cm x 35cm tart tin and use the back of a tbsp to flatten it evenly across the bottom. Chill.
  3. To make cheesecake layer add ingredients but the teal food gel to a large mixing bowl. Whip on high speed until fluffy and well combined. Take out half of the mixture and add to a separate bowl. Add the teal food gel and mix until evenly coloured.
  4. Add random tablespoons of each coloured cheesecake to the chilled tart in. Use the back of a spoon to smoothen out.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and add chopped kit kats. Chilled
  6. Slice up into 12 pieces and serve!
