Peppermint Kit Kat Cheesecake

  • Cheesecake
  • 500g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 drops teal food gel

Crust

  • 200g oreos
  • 200g choc mint kit kats
  • 100g unsalted butter (melted)

Decorations

  • Chocolate Sauce to drizzle
  • 200g choc mint kit kats (chopped)

Steps

Peppermint Kit Kat Cheesecake

  1. To make cheesecake layer add ingredients but the teal food gel to a large mixing bowl. Whip on high speed until fluffy and well combined.
  2. Take out half of the mixture and add to a separate bowl. Add the teal food gel and mix until evenly coloured.
  3. Add random tablespoons of each coloured cheesecake to the chilled tart in. Use the back of a spoon to smoothen out.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and add chopped kit kats. Chilled
  5. Slice up into 12 pieces and serve!

Crust

  1. To make the crust add the Oreos and kit kats to a large food processor. Process on high speed until it forms fine crumbs.
  2. Add the butter and pulse until the crumbs are well coated. Pour the mixture into a 13cm x 35cm tart tin and use the back of a tbsp to flatten it evenly across the bottom. Chill.
