Persimmon Shake

A surprising use of an oft-overlooked fruit that will have your friends begging for more.

Ingredients

  • 3 persimmons
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Nutmeg powder
  • Maple syrup
  • Rum (optional)
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon sticks

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon sticks in a blender until you get a uniform texture.
  2. Pour in a glass and garnish with cool straws and cinnamon sticks.
