Stuffed Cheese Pickles

  • 12 dill pickles, hollowed
  • 2 cups cheese dip
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Oil, for frying

Sriracha Mayo

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup Sriracha


Stuffed Cheese Pickles

  1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven until 350 degrees.
  2. Add cheese to a piping bag, and pipe cheese into pickle holes.
  3. Roll pickles in wonton wrappers and fold the sides in. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Remove to a cooling rack. Serve with Sriracha mayo.
