It's no sur-pies that they little cuties taste as good as they look!
Ingredients
- 1 sheet pie dough
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 ounce smoked salmon
- Dill
- 1 egg, beaten
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pie dough into 4 squares.
- Use a cookie cutter to cut out a shape from 2 squares.
- Place the cut out dough on top of the full squares. Use a fork to press the edges together.
- Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
- Press the centers down with a spoon and add a dollop of cream cheese, salmon and dill.

- 2 sausages
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese, halved
- Black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pie dough into 2 squares. Add slits or designs as desired.
- Add a cheddar cheese half and sausage in the center, and wrap dough around filling.
- Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.

- Add a dollop cream cheese in the center of each, and then add the cut strawberries.
- Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 20 minutes.
