It's no sur-pies that they little cuties taste as good as they look!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pie dough
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 ounce smoked salmon
  • Dill
  • 1 egg, beaten

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pie dough into 4 squares.
  2. Use a cookie cutter to cut out a shape from 2 squares.
  3. Place the cut out dough on top of the full squares. Use a fork to press the edges together.
  4. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Press the centers down with a spoon and add a dollop of cream cheese, salmon and dill.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 sheet pie dough
  • 2 sausages
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese, halved
  • Black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pie dough into 2 squares. Add slits or designs as desired.
  2. Add a cheddar cheese half and sausage in the center, and wrap dough around filling.
  3. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.

  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • Granulated sugar, for sprinkling
  • 1 egg, beaten

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut pie dough into 2 squares. Add slits or designs as desired.
  3. Add a dollop cream cheese in the center of each, and then add the cut strawberries.
  4. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 20 minutes.
