- 1 sheet pie dough
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 ounce smoked salmon
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pie dough into 4 squares. Use a cookie cutter to cut out a shape from 2 squares. Place the cut out dough on top of the full squares. Use a fork to press the edges together. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
- Press the centers down with a spoon and add a dollop of cream cheese, salmon and dill.
