- 1/2 sheet pie dough
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 18 blueberries
- 1 egg, beaten
- Granulated sugar, for sprinkling
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut pie dough into 2 squares. Add slits or designs as desired.
- Place a dollop of cream cheese in the center of each, and then add blueberries.
- Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 20 minutes.
