• 1 sheet pie dough
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 ounce smoked salmon
  • Dill
  • 1 egg, beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pie dough into 4 squares.
  2. Use a cookie cutter to cut out a shape from 2 squares.
  3. Place the cut out dough on top of the full squares. Use a fork to press the edges together.
  4. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Press the centers down with a spoon and add a dollop of cream cheese, salmon and dill.
