Piña Colada Popsicles

Whether you prefer these with alcohol or virgin, Julie transforms the piña colada into a delicious frozen treat.


  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons agave
  • Optional* 1 ounce Coconut rum
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Coconut


  1. Blend together the pineapple, coconut and rum if using. Place in a popsicle mould and insert popsicle sticks. Let freeze completely for 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Just before serving roll on side in the toasted coconut.
