Plums, grapes and a whole bunch of nuts bring the sweet and the savory to dessert.
150 grams flour
30 grams sugar
30 grams vegetable oil
20 grams sugar
2 teaspoons flour
Combine ingredients for the crust and mix until it comes together into dough. Keep in refrigerator for later.
Slice the plum and grapes and combine with sugar and flour in a bowl.
Sprinkle flour onto your work surface and roll out the dough.
Spread sour cream on and top with filling, nuts and cottage cheese.
Fold the egdes of the dough inwards, crimping them with your fingers.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Serve with a drizzle of honey and sprinkling of pistachio.
