Plums, grapes and a whole bunch of nuts bring the sweet and the savory to dessert.

Ingredients

Plum Grape and Nuts Tart

  • Flour
  • Sour cream
  • Nuts
  • Cottage cheese
  • Honey
  • Pistachio

Filling

  • 20 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 10 grapes
  • 1 plum

Crust

  • 150 grams flour
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 30 grams vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Steps

Plum Grape and Nuts Tart

  1. Sprinkle flour onto your work surface and roll out the dough.
  2. Spread sour cream on and top with filling, nuts and cottage cheese.
  3. Fold the egdes of the dough inwards, crimping them with your fingers.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of honey and sprinkling of pistachio.

Filling

  1. Slice the plum and grapes and combine them with sugar and flour in a bowl.

Crust

  1. Combine ingredients for the crust and mix until it comes together into dough. Keep in refrigerator for later.
