Get creative with your poke bowls with 3 delicious ways of making them featuring tuna, salmon, and beets!
Ingredients
- 1 lb beets, steamed, peeled, and cubed
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chopped nori
- 1 tbsp chopped dulse
- 2 tbsp scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- Cooked brown rice
- Spiralized carrots
- Wakame seaweed salad
- Watermelon radish
Steps
- Combine poke ingredients in a bowl. In a serving bowl, add the rice and top with poke and the carrots, seaweed and radish.

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- ½ tbsp sriracha
- Avocado cubes
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped

- Red cabbage slaw (toss with salt & vinegar 1 tbsp)
