Ingredients

  • 1 lb beets, steamed, peeled, and cubed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped nori
  • 1 tbsp chopped dulse
  • 2 tbsp scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • Cooked brown rice
  • Spiralized carrots
  • Wakame seaweed salad
  • Watermelon radish

Steps

  1. Combine poke ingredients in a bowl. In a serving bowl, add the rice and top with poke and the carrots, seaweed and radish.
