Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • poke:
  • 1 lb raw tuna steak, cubed
  • ¼ cup sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
  • ½ tsp red bird’s eye chili
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (black & white)
  • Toppings & base:
  • Ripe avocado, thinly sliced
  • Radishes, thinly sliced
  • sprouts
  • Cooked sushi rice

Steps

  1. Combine poke ingredients in a bowl. In a serving bowl, add the rice and top with poke and toppings.
