- Hey friends, Dan Churchill here. There's a serious phenomenon going around. It is called Pokemon Go, and to make sure you can catch some serious tasty flavors in your kitchen, today, we're serving up a Pokemon Pokeball. This is a serious win. So the first you need to do is pop your amazing almond milk into a blender, cause liquid first into a blender makes life a lot easier, followed by your super colorful, amazing berries, frozen. That loving banana, lovely numbers of chia seeds. These bad boys are full of serious love. And then, one of the secret ingredients is protein powder. You can use a super natural one. This is just made from egg whites and all it does is add extra protein, so no full of synthetic ingredient involved, whatsoever. Pop your lid on and it's a time for a bit of fun. Once you turn your blender on, start low and then, work your way up to a high speed. There's an art to creating a dish with a blender. Always use your liquid first. In this case, almond milk. That way the blade is able to engulf all the solid ingredients, so much more easier. Watch the magic come out. This is your base. Give it a bit of a pat down. Allow that lovely base of awesomeness to settle down and then grab your favorite form of yogurt. In this case, we have coconut. And this is where you get your artistic nature on. So you're going to spread the white goodness on half the side of the base. From there, you get a lovely, red, colorful strawberry and get your slice on. And now, everyone's devilishly favorite thing in the world, almond butter. This thing is next level. Carefully, create one nice long line across your bowl. And just to make sure it really does look like that Pokemon bowl, top it with that strawberry, so what's inside this Pokemon bowl, is pretty unique. You got that soft, smoothie-like taste of the berries and the banana, topped with that lavishly, yummy almond butter and obviously that coconut or the natural yogurt, that's always a win. So here's one amazing way that you can catch all these amazing flavors.
