- 4 hamburger bread
- 4 big portobello mushrooms
- 4 slices of danbo cheese
- 1 big onion
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic
- 1 eggplant
- Mayonnaise
Steps
- Caramelize the onions.
- Marinate the portobello mushrooms with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and chopped garlic.
- Cook on both sides using a pan or a griddle.
- Spread mayonnaise over the bread and build the hamburger.
