• Olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 10 1/2 ounces minced meat

  • 2.2 pounds pink potato
  • 2 raw eggs + 2 cooked and minced eggs

  1. In a skillet, add a stream of olive oil and saute the minced onion.
  2. After a few minutes add the minced garlic.
  3. Saute until the garlic aroma is released and set it aside.
  4. In the same skillet, drizzle more olive oil and fry the meat until golden.
  5. Add the onion and the garlic, season with salt and parsley.
  6. Let it cool, add the minced eggs and mix.
  7. Cook the potatoes until they are very soft.
  8. Peel and mash the potatoes with a fork potato or potato masher.
  9. Let it cool, add the eggs and season with salt. Mix well to form a dough.
  10. Take some of the dough, open and fill it with the meat.
  11. Bring together the dough over the meat and press firmly, forming a round dumpling.
  12. Flour the dumplings and deep fry them in a pan.
  13. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
