Potato Salad Burger Sticks

For a unique and flavorful twist on your BBQ staples, try stuffing potato salad inside the burger and serving on fun sticks.


  • 250 grams ground meat
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 120 grams ready-made potato salad
  • Demi-glace sauce
  • 1/4 broccoli
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 cheese slices


  1. Cut out star shapes out of the bell peppers.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground meat, onions, egg, salt, nutmeg and panko and mix well.
  3. Place 100 grams of meat mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Put potato salad into the center of the meat mixture and place a bamboo skewer in the center. Wrap tightly with the plastic.
  4. Unwrap and place the meat sticks on a frying pan and cook on both sides. Add in the demi-glace saucen broccoli and bell pepper stars. cover and cook for 10 minutes on low.
  5. Transfer to a plate and place cheese slices on top. Brown the cheese slices using a torch and serve immediately.
