Pull-Apart Pizza Bread in a Rice Cooker
Ridiculously good and ridiculously easy to make — the best of both worlds.
Ingredients
- Pre-made biscuit dough
- Pepperoni
- Mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil
- Grated Parmesan
- Dried oregano
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Steps
- Take a round of biscuit dough, stuff with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese and seal the dough.
- Brush olive oil over biscuit ball, and sprinkle Parmesan and dried oregano on each round.
- Transfer biscuit balls into rice cooker, layering as you go. Add a bit more Parmesan and dried oregano as you layer.
- Set rice cooker to cook. If your rice cooker has a timer, set it to 2 hours. If it doesn't have a timer, this will take 2 white rice cycles. Note: All rice cookers are different, so be sure to check your rice for done-ness.
- Remove from rice cooker, turn over and out. Serve with marinara sauce.
